This article covers how to access Pfeiffer University's Financial Aid portal, known as NetPartner, and how to accept/decline awards. Students can do the following within the portal:
- View a list of documents we've received from you and a list of the documents still outstanding
- View your financial aid awards
- Accept/decline your aid awards
- View your student loan history
- Check the status of your aid for the current year

How to Access the Portal:
1. To access the Financial Aid portal, you will first want to go to signon.pfeiffer.edu
2. Sign in with your username (ID number) and password.
3. You should see a tab on your dashboard titled Financial Aid (NetPartner) as shown in the picture below.
Once you click on this tab, you will be taken to a page that looks similar to the image below. As seen under Log In Instructions, you must have a financial aid record at the university to see your information within the portal. If you have not begun the aid application process, you can begin by filling out the FAFSA here.
How to Access Financial Aid Awards:
1. Click on the Menu in the upper left corner
2. Click Accept Offer
3. Click the box and Submit
4. Scroll to the bottom of the page to review Financial Aid Offer
5. Accept/Decline financial aid award
6. Accept All
7. Click OK
8. Click Submit
